RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Exchange Policy: 

You can exchange the order or a part of the order within 7 days from the time you received it provided it is in good condition as it was received neatly packed in its original cover. You need to inform us by writing to us on WhatsApp number - 8390527938 regarding your decision to exchange. We do not have a pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses. 

Return Policy:

You can return the product for a refund only if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide the opening video of the parcel from the beginning till the end. It will take around 8-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product. 

Cancellation Policy:

We accept cancellations against full refund or a refund coupon code as long as the order has not been shipped. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after the order has been shipped out from our facility.
