Shipping Policy

Aruaa ships all over India. We have partnered with the best logistic services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. Our orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. In case of any delays in processing your order we would intimate and inform you of the same. 

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 for metro cities and 5-7 days for non metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, their might be a delay in delivering your order. 

Shipping Charges:

At Aruaa, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, a charge of Rs.150/- is applicable as shipping/cash handling charges. We also contact you either through WhatsApp or call for confirmation before we dispatch the order from our end.
